Refund Policy
1. Refund and Cancellation Policy:
-This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
-Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 12 hours {depending on order placing date} after placing the order.
-In case of any refunds approved by JABED AHMED LASKAR, it will take 5 – 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original mode of payment.
2. Exceptions:
– Classic Flowers may offer credit { Coupons } equivalent to the refund amount.
– In some cases, a monetary refund can be processed if Classic Flowers has the customer’s account details and they are agreed upon in writing.
4. Non-Refundable Situations:
– Flowers, plants, gifts products, and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
– Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
– Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
– Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
3. Final Sale:
– All purchases are final and non-refundable.

– All products are non-exchangeable
6. Damaged/Defective Products
A. Reporting:
– Must report damaged/defective products within 12 hours of delivery.

– Email photographs of the damaged/defective product to cs@classicflowers.in
B. Resolution:
– Classic Flowers may either deliver a new product at no cost or refund the amount for the damaged/defective product.
– Once a refund is initiated, it takes 7-10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
